Recipe suggestion: Lamb rogan josh
For 2 persons
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
70g - 1/4 jar Patak's Rogan Josh curry paste
250 g diced lamb
200g fresh or canned chopped tomatoes
100ml water
1 tsp fresh, chopped coriander leaf (optional)
Preparation:
In a medium frying pan, fry the onions in oil until golden.
Stir in Patak's Rogan Josh Curry Paste, add lamb and fry until sealed.
Add tomatoes and water, mix well and cover the pan. Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes until the lamb is cooked.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves (optional).
Tastes equally good with chicken, beef, fish or vegetables.
